Return, Refund, and Replacement (RTO) Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.jogindernursery.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns and RTO and re-shipping. The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us at www.jogindernursery.com.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return,Refund,RTO and re-shipping Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to www.jogindernursery.com.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.
- Website refers to www.jogindernursery.com.
- You mean the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Once orders are delivered to the customer, they are non-refundable and non-returnable strictly due to its perishable nature. If you believe that the order does not meet the specified requirements, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24 hours to raise your concern. Beyond 24 hours the issue will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy
At www.jogindernursery.com, we aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, which is why we have a lenient cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. This 24-hour period serves as a cooling-off phase, allowing customers to cancel if they have accidentally placed an order or for similar reasons.. However, if one the client urgent request or any such scenarios, where we have already initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
- Special occasion offers like Holi, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, etc., which are limited-time offers, cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive any damaged, defective, wrong plants (not true to its variety) or any other plant accessories, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed once our team verifies the issue and its genuineness. This must be reported with the relevant photograph, videos and all supporting documents within the 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective products. Beyond 24 hours the issue will not be entertained.
Discrepancy in Received Product
If you believe that the product received is not true to the variety, please inform our customer service team with all the relevant photograph/videos and all supporting documents at 011-35684010, 8383021470, or email us at support@jogindernursery.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and communicate an appropriate decision within 2 to 3 working days.
1. Return Eligibility
- Conditions for Return: Plants are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. Returns are only accepted if the plant is not true to variety.
- Damaged Plants: We are not responsible for plants damaged during transit. Customers can contact the chosen courier company directly for claims. We will provide all necessary details to assist with this process.
2. Refunds
- Wrong Plant Delivered: If an incorrect plant is delivered, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through Razor-pay and typically take 5 to 7 business days. There may be deductions based on the specific case.
3. Replacements
- Missing Delivery: If a delivery is not received within 10 days, customers must contact us at 011-35684010, 8383021470, or email support@jogindernursery.com.
- Customer Responsibilities: Correct Name, Mobile Number and Delivery Address must be provided for a successful delivery in first attempt. The customer or someone from the family or staff should be at home for successful delivery as expected delivery date is communicated to customer by all communication channels. If incorrect details lead to an RTO, no refund or replacement will be issued. Second or any other attempt for delivery is on the discrete of the courier company.
- Revived Plants: In case of RTO order if returned plants can be revived, we can resend them on the customer consent and the delivery charges shall be borne by the customer for both the RTO and resending.
4. Quality Assurance
- Each plant is checked by our quality in-charge to ensure it is true to its variety before shipping. We also share photos and videos of the packing process on the customer’s Whatsapp to guide them on how to unbox the plant.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must follow all care instructions provided to ensure plant viability.
- Customers should read and understand all policies before placing an order. Placing an order implies acceptance of these policies.
- Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support for any queries before ordering.
- Courier Service Feedback: Customers are requested to inform us which courier company (DTDC, Amazon Shipping, Flipkart delivery by EKart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax) has better service in their area so we can choose the same for better delivery experiences.
- Customer should read and follow all instructions shared thrugh various communication channels or written on courugated delivery box for successful unboxing an reduce damage to the plants.
6. Exceptions
- Items sold in Sale, Offers and special promotional schemes may have specific terms and conditions that will be communicated separately.
7. Legal Disclaimer
- Joginder Nursery and www.jogindernursery.com are separate entities.
- All legalities are subject to the laws of India and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
